Windstream Email not receiving problems in IncrediMail

How do I recover or reset my email password?

Accounts that are inactive will move to inactive status after 180 days and not be accessible to the end user. To resolve this, Contact Support.

To recover your password, you must have first completed the security questions associated with your account.

To reset your email password, go directly to Manage My Account and skip to step 4 or:

  1. Go to using a Windstream email address
  2. Click on the My Account & Support from drop-down menu.
  3. Click Manage My Account.
  4. Enter your email address and password in the Online Account Options screen and click Login.
  5. Once you are logged in, click the link Change User Names, Passwords, &Email
  6. Click on the, I forgot my password link, and follow the instructions.

What have you done before the problem occurred?

Everything has worked ok except receiving email from since I installed Incredimail.

I also have 2 email accounts with and have experienced no problems with either of those accounts using IncrediMail.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I have pretty much tried every combination of login security options to no avail. I can access the server with windows mail with no problems so it is some problem related to IncrediMail authentication.

I setup a new indentity and IncrediMail imported the settings from windows mail and it still fails retrieving messages.
