First of all, please contact your mail provider (cox.net) and ask them for the following details:

In the top menu of the main IncrediMail window, click on Tools > Email Accounts, select the particular account and click on “Properties”.

How do I edit or remove an existing email account?

At times, Email Account properties (such as your Password or Username) may change or you may want to remove older Email Accounts you no longer use. You can easily edit your  Account settings, or remove old Accounts using the steps below.

To edit an Email Account, follow these steps:

  1. In the main IncrediMail window, click the ‘Tools’ menu (marked in red) and select ‘Email Accounts…’(marked in blue).
  2. At this point, the ‘Mail Accounts’ dialog opens. Select the Email Account you would like to edit and click ‘Properties’ (marked in red).

3. At this point, the account ‘Properties’ dialog opens. Select the                          relevant tab, ‘General’, ‘Servers’ or ‘Advanced’ (marked in red) and              change any account settings as required. Click ‘OK’ (marked in blue)            to close the ‘Properties’ dialog.

To remove an Email Account, follow these steps:

  1. In the main IncrediMail window, click the ‘Tools’ menu (marked in red) and select ‘Email Accounts…’(marked in blue).
  2. In the ‘Mail Accounts’ dialog, select the Email Account you wish to remove and click ‘Remove’(marked in red).

Incredimail error message : Suddenly customer find each time load in Incredimail and get an error box telling that the programme needs to shut down. If the customer close the box it still keeps popping up.
Under this status customer can receive continuously emails but cannot send. It brings an error box up telling customer to check the emails and resend. There are details below.

The customer have tried installing the fix, but nothing has changed Deleted and re installed email too. Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

Click ‘Run’ in the File Download dialog, click ‘Run’ again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.
