Issues of incredimail fails Transaction usually caused for several reasons:

  1. Your Credit Card is not International – You must use an International Credit Card.
  2. Make sure that you enter your credit card number without any spaces or hyphens.
  3. Your Bank / Credit Card company block the purchase attempt – Simply contact your Bank / Credit Card company for further assistance.
  4. Try to purchase using a different browser and check the results.

How to purchase using a Credit Card

To purchase any IncrediMail Subscription using a Credit Card, first browse to the Subscription you would like to purchase. On the Billing Information page, please do the following:

  1. Please fill in your current Email Address (marked in red below), and then your Personal Details (marked in blue), including Name and Address.

  2. Don’t forget to read through the Terms of sale, which contains important information about your purchase!
  3. When you are done, click the ‘Next’ button.

On the Payment Information page, please check to see that your Purchase is correct, and then do the following:

  1. Next to ‘Choose payment method’, make sure Credit Card (marked in red) is marked.
  2. Fill in your Credit Card Details (marked in blue), including Name, Number, Security Code and Expiration Date.

  3. When you’re done, please click ‘Complete Your Order’ (marked above in green).

How to purchase using a Credit Card

To purchase any IncrediMail Subscription using a Credit Card, first browse to the Subscription you would like to purchase. On the Billing Information page, please do the following:

    Please Note: Your License Registration is sent to this Email Address, so please double-check to make sure it is written correctly.

  2. Don’t forget to read through the Terms of sale, which contains important information about your purchase!
  3. When you are done, click the ‘Next’ button.
