Incredimail error message each time it loads

Incredimail error message : Suddenly customer find each time load in Incredimail and get an error box telling that the programme needs to shut down. If the customer close the box it still keeps popping up.
Under this status customer can receive continuously emails but cannot send. It brings an error box up telling customer to check the emails and resend. There are details below.

The customer have tried installing the fix, but nothing has changed Deleted and re installed email too. Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

To begin the process, please click here: … t/unin.exe

Click ‘Run’ in the File Download dialog, click ‘Run’ again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Once removed, please reinstall IncrediMail 2.5 for resoving issue Incredimail error message each time it loads

The customer received an error message on his/her  email and it said something about X-Pop-User…..What is this, what is an X-pop?
