To import your Email Account settings from another Email Client (such as Outlook or Windows Mail):
- Click the ‘Tools’ menu (marked in red) and then select ‘Email Accounts…’ (marked in blue).
2. Click ‘Add’ (marked in red). If your Account is already listed, first choose your Account and then click ‘Remove’ (shown in blue) before clicking ‘Add’.
3. Select your Account from the list, and click ‘Finish’.
