  • In the ‘Mailing’ dialog that opens, click on ‘Add’ (marked in red) to add a new email account.

To address the Gmail issue. Please click the following link https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps
and turn on this security option.

  • After that, please click on Tools > Email Accounts, remove your existing account. Order your Hotmail account to configure.
  • In the IncrediMail main window. Click the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘Email Accounts…’
  • Select your Email Account and click ‘Properties’. to use and solve this error
  • Select the ‘Advanced’ tab and make sure ‘for SSL secure connection.

Servers tab:

  • Incoming mail server: imap-mail.outlook.com
  • Outgoing mail server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
  • Username: Your Email Address
    Password: Your Password
  • Check “My server requires authentication”.
  • Advanced tab:

Outgoing mail (SMTP): 587

  • Check “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)”. This is very important
  • Check Incoming mail (IMAP): 993
  • Check “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)”. This is very useful.

Incredimail error message each time it loads

Incredimail error message : Suddenly customer find each time load in Incredimail and get an error box telling that the programme needs to shut down. If the customer close the box it still keeps popping up.
Under this status customer can receive continuously emails but cannot send. It brings an error box up telling customer to check the emails and resend. There are details below.

The customer have tried installing the fix, but nothing has changed Deleted and re installed email too. Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

Click ‘Run’ in the File Download dialog, click ‘Run’ again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.
